Over 50 years ago, a vision took shape. A vision to create something remarkable, something that would elevate the lifestyle of progressive families and fill their lives with pride. What began as a modest dream by Shri Madhav Kulkarni has today grown into a legacy of trust, innovation, and excellence. Driven by clear purpose and strong values, Prathamesh Constructions stepped confidently into the world of premium residential and commercial developments. With the next generation, Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni, joining the journey, the company infused fresh perspectives while continuing its rich heritage of quality. Brick by brick, project by project, we have crafted more than iconic structures. We have nurtured lasting relationships and life-long trust. Our saga continues, built on the timeless foundation of integrity, passion, and a promise to create spaces that inspire generations.
It all started more than four decades back — 45 years to be precise. We at Prathamesh Constructions were resolute to do something worldwide, something that would inspire the progressive families and lead a life of dignity with a sense of pride. What began as a humble dream by Shri Madhav Kulkarni and his elder brother, Shri Dinkar Kulkarni, soon grew into a saga of trust and excellence. Guided by the vision of Mr. Madhav Kulkarni and later joined by Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni, the company ventured into prestigious residential projects and commercial developments. With unwavering passion and commitment, Prathamesh Constructions continues to build not just structures, but enduring relationships.
